Speaking evil of our Pastor.

I want to speak to pastors all over to be very prayerful. In my church, my pastor surrounds himself with some members whom he considers trustworthy. He and some of them have been coming together for a long time. But in recent times, its like many members are not satisfied by his lifestyles. I was privileged to be in the circle of his trusted lieutenants recently where I heard the talk so many evils of this man. I was so shocked! I mean this are church leaders who preach on his pulpit! In fact, some of these people who talk evil are his proteges, people who practically live on him. People he has helped in time past. I was shocked. I told my wife that so so and so were talking this about the pastor, my wife almost collapsed.
What are they saying? that his sermons are weak. He is a disorganized man. He has no sense of administration. All these baffled me. My wife said we should warn the Pastor to be careful of this people around him. But I guess we should stare clear of this matter. What do you suggest sir?
