What is spritiually wrong in wearing caps in Church?

Could you kindly tell me what is wrong in men wearing caps in Church?
Could you kindly tell me what is wrong in women leaving their heads uncovered in Church?
I read that you are a Pastor. If I have my caps on in your Church, will you excuse me out? Please be sincere.
