Religious harlotry
What we must all know is that in the body of Christ, there are five-fold offices which are, the apostles, prophets, evangelists, then pastors, as well as teachers. And these people are all working together for one purpose. In my opinion, where these gifts are not operational in a church, there is the tendency that worshippers must run here and there looking for a solution.

Search for Christ
I really do not believe that majority of the Christian faithfuls are now seeking only material things instead of God. But if some do, I want to stress that if you are a child of God, or let me put it this way, every good Christian ought to seek first the kingdom of God and then every other thing shall be added to you. Unfortunately there is something a lot of people fail to realize and it is this; if a man gives you miracle, it will not last. But if it comes from God, it is everlasting. If at all men give miracle or connection as many think, it always temporary.
For those who move here and there seeking miracle, I am saying it is wrong. But if we have to look at it from a different angle, one may ask the question why they are running out of the original churches for miracles, deliverance, and fruit of the womb. The Bible likened the congregation to sheep. So what the shepherd of the sheep is there for is to know what the flock wants and give it to them.

Nudity in God's house
Indeed, it has really become a problem. The Bible says that at the last days, so many things will happen. And we are in the last days now. Saint Paul said that at the latter days, men would look for teachers who will suit their purpose. With itchy ears, they will gather these teachers and say; “just tell us what we want don't say what we don't want” I tell you, because these teachers are either looking for money, popularity and fame and large congregation, the succumb. The Bible says that many are called but few are chosen. But even among the chosen only few are ordained. However, the fact still remains that if a man of God practices holiness, his flock will do it.

This problem is so overwhelming now that it has eaten up the root of the church. Maybe the pastors who condone this act are afraid that if they preach holiness, people will run away and their daily needs will not be met. They fail to realize that if God calls you, He will take care of your needs. Nudity or if you like, half nakedness in the house of God, even on the streets is wrong and should be condemned. The Bible does not condone indecent dressing. Now the clergy does not deny anybody of the Bible. I am appealing that this problem should not be left to the religious leaders alone. We all need to go on our knees and pray.

Good Christian living
Every product has a manual or a handbook. The manual to live a good Christian life is the Bible. We can achieve this by following the dictates of the Bible; it is the base for all things. We need to live by the standards of the Bible and Christ's principle of love your neighbour as yourself. We have to realize that no one is perfect, only God is. When we discover each other's weak point and zero down on it, these are ways we can live freely with one another and at peace with all men.

Pastors and scandals
Let me state that if every man of God will go back to the Bible and model their lives after Christ, we won't find ourselves in all these scandals. Its a pity most clergymen are neither here nor there. When a pastor begins to do what a politician ought to do, then what we get is all these negative acts. The problem with most of the pastors who are caught in the web of these atrocities is that they are so much into the system of the world. They want to be the high priest of the Lord and at the same time, the best businessman. They are not dead to Christ but very much alive to the world.
