God of Glory Christian Church
Celebrates 10th year as a Church of God

Great pictures!
Pastor James Bolton,
London.

Praise is an important arm of the ministry. Seeing more pictures on the sister web site www.xtophotos.net shows that the man of God in this ministry knows what he is doing. Praise God for his life.
Ibukun Olowe,
New York.

I have heard so much about Pastor A.T.Williams. So much have been said but I like to read some authentic stories about him. I have come across him here in London once and I think in Ibadan Nigeria some years ago. Please give us an interview on him.
Seun Dada,
London.

How shall we get to read more stories on the man of God. Its relevant at this stage that he is planting a Church in London. More PR for him please. God bless you our pastor.
Dare,
Kent London.

The life of A.T. Williams shows that there is nothing the Lord cannot do. I have met with him and I know he is used of God. God has used him for me. The Breakthrough Festival he does every month end is another great event that has blessed me and my family. My husband who does not believe in God is now a strong member of a Church here in Sango. But for the distance between us, I would have been a member of the Church at Ikosi. The Lord bless you as you celebrate your 10th Anniversary.
Anike Adegboye,
Sango

Is Pastor's Praise Night the biggest gospel music concert in Nigeria? Why is it then localised in the church premises at Ikosi? To make that claim stronger, take it to TBS or National Stadium so as to open it to the generality of Lagosians or Nigerians. It cant be the biggest when it is held in your church.
Annet Nwachukwu,
Lagos.

You parade the same musicians every year. At least I attend the concert in the last five years in your church. Why is Ayefele always invited? Is he a gospel musician or a commercial juju musician? Same for Atorise. We need to check the character of those we call 'gospel' musicians. The gospel is not only in the music. It is in the character, in our associations, in where we are found, in what we do. The pastorate and decision makers in Breakthrough must be careful about those who are brought on the pulpit as gospel musicians. Don't pollute the pulpit of that great Church. But Pastor Williams is doing great. Good reports about him. The Lord has used him for my aunt. May the Lord bless him as he releases himself for the Lord to be used.
Pastor Hezekiah,
Lagos.

Pastors Praise Night has become a great event but only in Ketu. But the pastor is rich enough to go to Olympic Ground along Oshodi-Apapa Express Way where we did Bonnke or TBS or even Cele ground along Aladelola. Those places are bigger than the church where we don't find a place to sit or stand. The church must relocate Pastors Praise Night to claim its the biggest gospel concert. However, thanks for making our New year a great one in Ketu.
Idayat Momoh,
Ketu Lagos.

I was thrilled to read this story on the internet. The Church is in my neighborhood. Pastors Praise Night makes me happy every December. I see Ayefele, Obey, Atorise and I dance well. Maybe I will join the church next year. But My dad is Cele.
Martha,
Ketu, Lagos, Nigeria

We need to know who is a gospel musician. The Church of God all over Nigeria must not make the mistake of inviting to their pulpits worldly musicians who hide under the cloak of the gospel so as to be acceptable in the Church of God. I object to Ayefele and Atorise as gospel musicians. I hope I will have an opportunity to speak with the pastor who I appreciate so much having met with him on the mountain at least thrice now. Atorise especially does not behave the gospel. What we read, what hear and what we see of him do not speak gospel. I am not condemning him. Any way, I don't think he has publicly called himself a gospel musician. Nigerian pastors force that name on him.
Pastor Timothy,
Ibadan Nigeria.

To be a gospel musician, you must be sold out to the gospel. TOTALLY.
Imasuen John,
Benin.

From these reactions, I can see that some people are condemning Atorise and Ayefele. I don't think these musicians have called themselves gospel musicians. The public call them so probably because their first albums sounded gospel. And many Churches have lacked discernments. In their bid to attract membership, they invite just anybody to the pulpits. I don't think Ayefele and Atorise are card carrying member of Gospel Musicians Association (GOMAN) If members of these association behave worldly, at least 'openly', then we can complain. Those musicians you talk about here are pure juju musicians gunning for their money, not souls. They are not evangelists.
However, we must be careful in condemning people. We must be ready to attract them to the gospel. We must encourage them to become gospel musicians. Jesus did not come for those of you who claim to be saved. Jesus is looking for the Atorise's, PSquare, D Banj, Ayefele's, Sunny Ade's, Majek Fashek's (real name Majekodunmi Fasheke)
If Pastor Williams invites them to Pastor Praise Night, I don't think there is anything wrong in that. He, I suppose, is inviting them to praise God with their mouths. Who knows, they will one day discard their worldly ways and embrace the gospel fully. Who knows? Those who call themselves gospel musicians have not done morally better. So let us encourage rather than criticise.
Im a musician and member of Lagos GOMAN.

Pastors Praise Night is a good entertainment. I watch it every December. Thank God for your Church in Ketu.
