A professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students, "How much do you think this glass weighs?" "50gms!"... "100gms!" ......"125gms" ......the students answered.

"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but my question is: What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"

"Nothing" the students said.

"Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?" the professor asked.

"Your arm would begin to ache" said one of the students.

"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"

"Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!", ventured another student & all the students laughed.

"Very good", But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?" asked the professor.

"No".

"Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress, and how can I get rid of it?"

Now, the students were puzzled.

"Put the glass down!" said one of the students.

"Exactly!" said the professor." Life's problems are something like this. Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.

Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache. Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.

It's important to think of the challenges (problems) in your life, but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT to 'put them down' at the end of every day before you go to sleep. That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh & strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!"

So, as it becomes time for you to leave office today...

Remember friends: YOU MUST 'PUT THE GLASS DOWN' TODAY!

The wealth you have only for yourself is useless. It is the percentage of what you release to give relief to others that determines your worth. If you want to be a man/woman of value, let your life be for the people. Be approachable. Give out money, love, care & relief. Give people reasons to smile & laughter will not depart from your mouth.

When you are confused about circumstances beyond your control, close your eyes & think of the LORD, & know that you are not alone. Never alone, JESUS said, "I am with you always until the end of the age". When we put our cares in His hands, He puts His peace in our hearts. May the LORD of peace Himself gives you peace always in every way. The LORD be with you always!

It shd make you stop and think where our priorities are? Cell Phone vs. Bible: I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones? What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets? What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it? What if we flipped through it several times a day? What if we used it to receive messages? What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it? What if we gave it to kids as gifts? What if we used it as we traveled? What if we used it in case of an emergency? What if we upgraded it to get the latest version? This is something to make you go, hmmm, where is my Bible? Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phones, we don't ever have to worry about our bible being dead....

A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument. A real friend calls you after you had a fight. A simple friend expects you to always be there for them. A real friend expects to always be there for you!

6 rules to be HAPPY: Free your heart from hatred; Free your mind from worries; Live simply; Expect less; Give more & Always have ME as UR FRIEND

Pls. use your left ear while a using cell (mobile), because if you use the right one it will affect the brain directly. This is a fact from Apollo medical team. Please forward to all your well wishers. A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument. A real friend calls you after you had a fight. A simple friend expects you to always be there for them. A real friend expects to always be there for you! A simple friend reads this msg and deletes it. A real friend passes it on and sends it back to you! Pass this on to anyone you care about......if you get it back you have no beginning, no end. It keeps us together, like our Circle of Friends. Today I pass the friendship ball to you. Pass it on

"Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit"; whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Instead you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that." James 4:13-1 (NKJ)

LOVE is not merely a byproduct of our daily lives; instead, life and its circumstances are the absolute byproducts of the LOVE itself. God loved us first that He created all mankind through His image and likeness. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son to die for us in our place; so that we may have an everlasting life. God bestowed this very LOVE to all creatures down to all generations to make life keeps going in this world. Without LOVE we are nothing! Hence, LOVE plays the vital role in our lives. "May the Spirit of LOVE of GOD fills your heart & continue to guide you into deeper life".
