Some guys will quickly get the message as soon as you do that. Some may not If he didn't, I think that is the right time to leave for home. Go home before the guy succeeds in removing your name from the book of life.

THINGS TO DO

1. Be genuinely born again - It takes a regenerated soul to overcome the temptation of the devil.

2. Be determined -Will is a character in action - Be determined that by the special grace of God, you will not engage in sex until your wedding day.

Now get up and commit yourself to God - Say “I WILL KEEP MYSELF TILL MY WEDDING NIGHT, GOD HELPING ME” gently, then bodly for 100 times. Place your right hand on your chest as you are saying it.

3. Pray - Pray that God will give you strength to keep yourself. TELL GOD TO GIVE YOU THE SPIRIT OF CAREFULNESS TO DISCERN BETWEEN WHAT CAN UPHOLD AND WHAT CAN DESTROY YOU.

4. Listen to the Holy Spirit always - Walk in the Spirit (Gal. 5:16).

5. Break all relationship with unbelieving friends/acquaintances, as their counsel will not help your decision.

6. Never befriend an unbeliever - Never go out with somebody that is not born again. Your vision is quite different from his own.

7. Be addicted to your Bible - “Wherewithal a young man (woman) keep his (her) way. By taking heed thereto according to thy word. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee”. (Psalm 119:9&11).

8 . Guide your heart - (Proverbs 4:23) - Stop reading all those books, magazines and stories that are designed to arouse your sexual passions. Instead cultivate the habit of reading Christian literatures and the Bible. Stop watching films and movies that promote sexual immoralities and stop listening to all those music that destroy the heart. Stop listening to all those corrupt discussions around you.

9. Do not stay idle - Keep yourself busy. If you are idle, you will allow the devil to use you. So keep yourself busy with godly activities, your studies and your business.

10. Listen to godly counsel from your parents.

11 . Dress moderately- All those dresses that expose parts of your laps, breasts, back, e.t.c. are not good for you. ALL THOSE “SEE - THROUGH” WILL ONLY BLOCK YOUR BREAKTHROUGH. If you put on those erotic wears that show your figures, you are inviting boys to come and defile you. (I Timothy 2:9-10)

12. Flee from youthful lust (I Corin. 6:18-20)

13. Be content with what you have - II Timothy 6:6 says - “But godliness with contentment is great gain”. “But she that liveth in pleasures is dead while she liveth”. (II Timothy 5:6). Do not sell your body for money, promotion, employment or admission. Your life is more important than any material gain.

14. Be firm and brave in your decision - If your boss, teacher, partner, e.t.c. is mounting pressure on you, stand firm. Pray seriously about it. Remember Joseph was able to flee from temptation owing to his firm decision.

15. Take preventive measures - Do not sleep in the same room with your partner. Do not lock yourself up when discussing in the room. Leave the doors and windows open. Do not meet in dark places. Do not encourage physical contacts with your partner. Avoid evil and it will avoid you. If you play with fire, it will burn you to ashes. (Proverbs 6:27).

16. REMEMBER DINAH- ( Genesis 34:1-31). Dinah was the only daughter of Jacob. One day she ‘went out, to see the daughters of the land”. She went “OUT” from the presence of the Lord. She went “OUT” from her brethren to “SEE” the daughters of the land. She did not only see the daughters of the land. She eventually saw her destruction and defilement as she was de-flowered.

Stay where you should be if you crave for purity. Stop going to parties. Stop visiting those ungodly people. Do not go “OUT” from the congregation of the saints. Build a wall of righteousness round yourself. Stay in the presence of God. You will be glad you did.

17 . Break wrong relationship NOW : If your conscience is troubling you concerning your relationship, God may be speaking to you. Do not go around asking your friends what you should do. You do not need to go ahead offering wrong prayers. Just obey God and break that relationship.

These are wrong relationships:-

* Any relationship with unbelievers, BREAK IT.

* Any relationship with unsaved Christians is wrong, BREAK IT.

* Any relationship encouraging you to have sex is wrong and ungodly, BREAK IT.

* Any relationship that you are not sure is the will of God is dangerous, BREAK IT.

* If everybody including your parents, Pastors, friends, e.t.c has been advising you against a relationship, why don't you BREAK IT?

* That relationship which keeps on giving you heartache is wrong, BREAKS IT. IF IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU PEACE, IT MAY TEAR YOUR LIFE INTO PIECES.

* If your conscience has been worrying you about that relationship, GO AND BREAK IT.

* If you remain in that wrong relationship you will keep on falling into sin, hence BREAK IT.

* It may destroy your future, therefore BREAK IT.

* Go to that guy and tell him it is all over and start all over again with God.

* Do not wait till your life is wasted, BREAK IT.
