WHAT
Currently, we are compiling names of Nigerian men, living or dead, whose lives are inspirational and exemplary enough to be globalised through the internet. This will assist the youths in search of mentors, historians in search of records, journalists in search of guidelines, politicians in search of examples and Africans in search of local heroes whose lives could guide their aspirations. (This page is for men only. Women here)

This is a non-religious compilation and acknowledgement of the contributions of Nigerian men.

WHY
* Our purpose is to chronicle the lives and contributions of each of these men on separate websites with a view to globalising their experience.
* In a country with little respect for documentation and data, the contributions of our men to our economic, socio-cultural development could be lost if deliberate efforts are not made to chronicle and document them for posterity.
* In a country in search of heroes, we need to generate and promote (market) them as heroes fit to be studied and emulated anywhere in the world. Must we always search the Euro-American history for people to motivate our children?
* Through this website, we desire to inspire the younger Nigerians in particular and Africans in general to aspire to greater heights by learning the precepts from these men.

HOW
The website shall focus on their
*** early lives, education, principles, their turning-points, family, professions, calling, ministries, contributions, successes and failure and advices for the younger generation. We shall also publish all their available pictures. Don't we say a picture speaks more than a thousand words?

WHO
For any name to be mentioned on this page, ...
*** It must be mentioned at least 3 times.
*** If alive, the person must be over 60 years.
*** The person's name must easily elicit popular recognition and acceptance.
*** The person couldn't have been associated with any scandal.
*** Reasons for suggesting a particular name must be given.
