I agree with Akin-John. So many of these pastors are not trained and that is why we keep having these problems in christendom today. The most guilty are the pentecostals, where anybody who gets annoyed with the senior pastor can go and rent a shop and start. Since the people are not properly trained to know who was sent and those who went on their own, many people fall prey. We thank God for the constant seminar of Akin-John all over the place. The Lord will reward him mightily. Amen.

Untrained pastors full everywhere. Untrained General Overseers too. No wonder what we see these day. I think Church Growth should be organising seminars at PFN and CAN level. I don't know how feasible this is but I know God can make a way.
