A productive Church must be a soul winning Church. A going Church that disciples and develop others to go and reproduce others. No Church can claim to be a productive Church when nobody is being developed, trained and discipled for the Lord. Souls must be regularly saved and be disciple in a reproducing Church. A Church can only become and remain a productive Church if she adhere and abide by these factors.

Factor 1. Authenticity:
Church leaders must demonstrate honesty and sincerity if people must come to the Church. If they don't see authenticity in our own lives, how can they expect the Church to be real? A Church that is reaching people is a Church that laughs together. A preacher doesn't have to be a clown, but he sure needs a sense of humor.

Factor 2 - Everyone a Personal Evangelist:
Without an intentional, organised effort to make every member a personal soul-winner, no Church can be productive. People must be trained and challenged to go out and share Jesus with sinners. Obedient to the great commission must be stressed. Everyone can bring their friends, relations, associates and neighbours.

Factor 3 - Proud of Pastor and The Church:
When the present members are happy and proud of their pastor and with what God is doing in their Church, they will gladly invite their friends and relations to Church. They will create a platform and bridge that will enable them to reach sinners and invite them to Church.

Factor 4 - Atmosphere of Love and Acceptance:
When our Church is a haven of love and acceptance, we cannot but produce souls. We must demonstrate love among ourselves and accept sinners just as they are, praying and believing that God will change them.

Factor 5 - Enthusiasm and Joy:
A Church that is full of enthusiastic and joyful people will attract the unsaved. The joy will be magnetic. A Church that displays the joy of the Lord as a result of God's power and presence in the service cannot but be productive.

Quality Children Church :
Parents today want the best for their children. It is amazing how they care for the spiritual well-being of their children but neglect themselves in this area. A good children Church can serve as an avenue to reach their parents.

Factor 6 - No Compromise of Essentials:
Strong belief in the Bible, holy living and practical Christianity will draw the right people. Lowering the standard and compromising the essentials such as salvation, holy living, and being heavenly minded will only lead to serious people not coming or withdrawing. People still love to hear the truth undiluted.

Factor 7 - Small Group Opportunities:
People should meet together in small units, whereby they can be nurtured, instructed and provided with opportunities to grow. The name does not really matter, provided care, concern, assimilation is taking place.

Factor 8 - Creative Approach:
To become a productive Church, creativity is required. Be on the look out for people in crisis, families who just moved to a community, hospital ministry, youth meetings. The prostitutes, single parents, pregnant teenagers should be reached.

Factor 9 - Quality Children Church :
Parents today want the best for their children. It is amazing how they care for the spiritual well-being of their children but neglect themselves in this area. A good children Church can serve as an avenue to reach their parents.

Factor 10 - An Evangelistic Leader:
Every Church that desires to be a producing Church must pray for and discover someone who is passionate about evangelism. When such one is turn loose, the gates of hell will begin to fall. Every evangelism outreach must be headed by someone who is passionate about that area.

If these factors can be imbibed in a Church, souls will keep streaming into the Church. Above all, prayers, Holy Spirit anointing and spiritual warfare must not be forgotten.
