7. Blessed are the leaders who serve with a caring, loving and servant heart for they shall have result that will astound them.

8. Blessed are the leaders who continually move up with God for they shall operate at next level of God's power and grace.

9. Blessed are the leaders who invest in emerging leaders for their work will not die with them.

10. Blessed are the leaders who give themselves and their ministry away for they shall find it much later.

11. Blessed are the leaders who help others to discover and use their gifts for they shall expand the frontiers of God's kingdom.

12. Blessed are the leaders who touch a heart with their godly models for they shall not lack a hand to them.

13. Blessed are the leaders who lead their home well for they shall have the credibility to lead the people of God.

14. Blessed are the leaders who embrace change, improvement and development for they shall not grow stale and be rejected.
